Having recently recovered from one of the most horrific experiences anyone could undergo, former locked-in victim Pete Coghlan had another reason to smile while enjoying a drink at a local pub with childhood mates:
A chance meeting with one of Britain’s funniest comedians, Justin Moorhouse from the hit TV series 'Phoenix Nights' and the 'Comedy Roadshow'. (See You Tube link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1hMRO8QWkg&sns=em)
Pete and his wife Jade flew all the way from Perth, Australia to visit family and other people they hadn’t seen for ten years or more. Making the most of their last few days in the area, they invited some close friends to join them for a meal in Werneth where Justin (Peter Kay's partner-in-crime)just happened to be chilling. It seems he’d already heard of Pete’s courageous battle with locked-in syndrome and was happy to pose for this picture.
